We have successfully completed many projects. Our endeavour is to work with the client to provide a system that is both easy to operate and suits the clients application. A few examples of completed jobs are as follows;
• Car showroom. Birmingham. A control panel to control the boilers and perimeter heating around the showroom was installed. The heating system would automatically shut down when the showroom was too hot and windows would automatically open to ventilate the showroom. In the event of rain sensors would be triggered and the windows closed automatically.
• Large manor house. Oxfordshire. Two control panels were installed to control three heat pumps drawing water from a man made lake to heat the under floor. The two control panels controlled these heat pumps and provided back up via two boilers. The control system automatically detected when the boilers were required either to back up the heat pumps or for producing hot water for hand washing. One of the control panels provided visual indication and adjustment of the temperatures in each of the many rooms.
• Large manor house. Henley. This huge project consisted of four control panels controlling 14 heat pumps, air handling units, many pumps and all the under floor heating systems. The control panels were linked to provide one overall control system. If a fault developed in one part any panel would show which area the fault originated from.
• An Oxford University, Oxford. To date 3 boiler rooms have had new control panels designed and installed to provide updated control systems. Other smaller plant rooms have had compensator/optimiser upgrades following failure of older units.
• Large manor house. Banbury. A new control system was installed to control the existing pumps, boilers and mixing valve. The system automatically used a large boiler for winter use and a small boiler for summer use. If one boiler failed, or in winter the larger boiler did not cope, it would be backed up by the smaller boiler. A full compensated and optimised system was utilised.
• Various shops. London/Birmingham/Chester/etc. We have manufactured and designed control panels for consultants and project management companies for several new shop and public house refits. The control panels contain inverters, temperature controllers, damper controllers, fresh air controllers, etc.
• Swindon Labs. We have produced a control system for a clean room for ventilation plant. This involved two stage cooling, fan controls, etc.
• Optical company. Leicester. A control panel containing an inverter, some extremely accurate controls for control of an electric heater battery and an inverter chiller, as the room needed to be kept within .5°c for the process they were carrying out.
The specific details of the projects above have been omitted as we would need to want to gain permission before publication however if you would like details on any of the projects or references this would be possible.
